Due to the outbreak of coronavirus many of our customers are anticipating the need for employees to work from home. We have received lots of enquiries already about how your current Avaya System can be utilised to allow staff to work from home.
We have detailed the below options that will enable staff to work from home:
- Divert/forward calls: Calls can be diverted on the user’s extensions to allow for calls to be forward onto mobiles.
As you are currently running a legacy Avaya solution, it doesn’t have the same flexibility as the cloud solutions for home working. At Talking Business we have our own cloud solution that we provide to customers. We have made temporary users available on this to help Avaya customer’s staff work from home if required.
